1. What types of cookware does AurelixHome offer? We offer a wide range of high-quality cookware, including:

  • Non-stick frying pans & skillets
  • Stainless steel pots, saucepans & stockpots
  • Cast iron skillets & Dutch ovens
  • Baking sheets, muffin tins & roasting pans
  • Knife sets & kitchen tool sets
  • Complete cookware sets (10-piece, 12-piece, etc.)

2. What shipping options are available? We offer these to U.S. customers:

  • Express Shipping: 3–6 business days – $20
  • Free Shipping: 7–14 business days – $0 (our most popular choice!)
  • Free Standard Shipping: 7–14 business days – $0
  • Standard Shipping: 7–14 business days – $10

Note: Times are estimates and may vary due to location, holidays, or carrier volume. Free shipping may apply based on order total or promotions.

3. How long will it take to receive my order? Most orders process and ship within 1–3 business days. After shipping:

  • Express: 3–6 business days
  • Standard / Free: 7–14 business days

We’ll email a tracking number as soon as your cookware is on its way!

4. Do you ship internationally? Currently, we only ship within the United States. We’re working on expanding – sign up for our newsletter for updates!

5. What is your return policy? We offer a 30-day return window for unused, undamaged items in original packaging. If an item arrives damaged or incorrect, contact us within 7 days with photos – we’ll arrange a replacement or refund (including original shipping if it’s our error). Customer pays return shipping unless the issue is ours. See our full Returns page for details.

6. Are your cookware products safe and durable? Yes! Our products are made from food-grade materials with PFOA-free non-stick coatings (where applicable). Most items are oven-safe up to 450–500°F, compatible with all stovetops (including induction), and built for long-term daily use.

7. How do I care for my cookware?

  • Non-stick: Use low to medium heat, avoid metal utensils, hand wash recommended.
  • Stainless steel & cast iron: Dishwasher safe (top rack) or hand wash.
  • Season cast iron regularly for best performance. Specific care instructions are included with each product.
